Due to the nature of our business involving perishable and living organisms, our return and refund policies differ depending on the product category.

Once livestock leaves our store, its care, environment, and transport are outside our control. We cannot offer credit or compensation for animal loss due to acclimation, water conditions, incompatibility, transport, etc.
